The Elite 0845 service provides dial-up Internet access and the following services for FREE

Elite 0845 and Freedom Names Dial-in Access
0845 local rate dial access with no subscription fees using V90 modems as well as 64k, 128k ISDN.
Elite's infrastructure ensures state of the art technology and we always aim to have 30% more capacity to insure you always get a first time connection everytime.

Unlimited Web and FTP Space
Once you have created your Hostname and at least one e-mail address you can then assign some Web and FTP space for use with you web page that you have designed.

CGI Access
Included in your web space is access to our extensive ready made CGI scripts for you to implement in to your web site. CGI scripts include Web Counter, Mail to Form and many more. If you require custom scripts please call customer services on 0870 742 1111 who will be able to help you. Elite are also Actinic and World Pay Gold partners, so if you require a shopping cart facility or you need to be able to receive credit card transactions from your web site please contact us.

Unlimited Email Addresses
When you first sign-up you will receive one basic e-mail address, for example user@eliteisp.co.uk or user@freedomnames.co.uk After you have signed up you will also have the ability to have Un-limitered POP3 email addresses each password protected with each account.
Unlike other FREE ISP's, with Elite you also have the ability to have Hostnames, for example user@myaddress.eliteisp.co.uk or user@mydomainname.co.uk
Once you have set yourself up with a Hostname and a POP3 email account, you will have the option to have Unlimited email addresses attached to each of your POP3 Mail accounts.

Email Auto-responses
Send automatic responses to emails as soon as they arrive. For example: you may be away on holiday and you would like people to know that you will be returning at a given date. You have the ability to set the response text to whatever you wish via the online accounts adminstration panel.

Email Fowarding
Foward emails from your elite email accounts to a given email address of your choice.

Web Based Email
When travelling abroad you may need to collect your e-mail without having to dialling a international phone number, no problem Web E-mail will allow you to pick-up your mail from anywhere in the world, just by downloading via a web browser.

Full Newsgroups
As an Elite user you have full access to over 30,000 Newsgroups. Newsgroups is where by you can meet other people on the Internet who have the same interests as yourself.

Online user Interface
Every Elite account comes with a user interface that can be accessed via a web browser for adding additional e-mail address, web space and amending your account information.

IRC
All Elite packages come with access to IRC (Internet Relay Chat), please click here for further information,

www.yourdomainname
Once you have registered your Domain Name we will automatically set-up your web space as www.yourdomainname. You can also create hostnames and e-mail address using your domain, for example myname@hostname.mydomainname or if you are a company maybe fred@accounts.mydomainname

SMTP Mail Forwarding
If you own your own business and have an internal network set-up with a mail server (Exchange etc) maybe you might want us to route all your mail direct to your server while it is connected (and store it when it isn't). You can then distribute the mail immediately between your staff. If you require this service all we need is your Domain Name, and the user ID of your mail server. For customers that use Microsoft Front Page 2000 web creation package, Elite holds all the extensions you will need to get the best from your web site.

Telephone Support
All calls to the Elite help line are charged at the current BT national call rate and not a premium rate number.
National Call Rates. Daytime 6.73p a minute, Evenings 3.36p and Weekends 1.7p a minute.
Elite have a dedicated call centre in the centre of Manchester providing support to many businesses.
As part of the Elite service you will receive full support and advise that may include connecting LAN's to the Internet, Shopping cart creation, setting up mail servers and any other problems you may have.
